TrackR is a tracking and arithmetic tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace a licensed healthcare professional.
Medication labels and injections
The reconstitution calculator converts only the vial, water, dose, and syringe-unit values you enter. It does not select a medication, dose, diluent, route, schedule, or storage method. Use only the product label, dispensing pharmacy, or licensed provider's directions.

Energy and macro targets
Initial calorie estimates use the Mifflin-St Jeor resting-energy equation plus an activity factor. Macro ranges are informed by the National Academies' Dietary Reference Intakes. TrackR then uses your logged intake and weight trend for non-clinical fitness guidance.

Food and nutrient data
TrackR combines USDA food data, manufacturer labels, and published restaurant nutrition. Formulations change, so verify the package or restaurant disclosure when exact values matter.
Body-fat photo estimates
Photo estimates are approximate visual estimates, not a clinical measurement. Lighting, pose, clothing, hydration, and image quality can change the result. Do not use them to make medical decisions.
